- No Returns: We do not accept returns on any items. All sales are final, except in cases of defective items as outlined below.
- Exchanges for Defective Items Only: We accept exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at camie@camiestote.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the exchange process.
- Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs associated with exchanges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Condition of Items: To qualify for an exchange, the defective item must be returned in its original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories included. If an item is returned in a condition that is not its original state (used, worn, etc.), the buyer may be responsible for a reduction in the item’s value.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue by providing a replacement or offering an appropriate solution.
- Policy Updates: Camie’s Tote reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. The Return Policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
